• Is for a 100% full time agent
• Agent expected to close a minimum of 6 Million/Per Year + (averaging $500K in transactions per month)
• Agent to possess strong oral and written communication skills (including email etiquette)
• Bilingual/Multilingual languages skills a plus
• Is self-sufficient and self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Possesses general computer abilities – is proficient with MLS, MS Office and is comfortable using internet based programs
• Is confident and proficient preparing paperwork and negotiating terms for clients
• Is able to further qualify leads and prioritize accordingly
