Tracey Schmitt began her real estate career in 2005 as the overinflated real estate market reached its plateau and many professionals were leaving the business unable to adjust to the new landscape of the industry. With her fresh approach driving her success, she quickly became a top producing agent at RE/MAX, focusing her efforts as a full time dedicated buyer’s agent.  As the influx of customers increased, and simply unable to address the demand for her services, Tracey joined Keller Williams Realty in 2008, where she was offered the opportunity to replicate her success as an individual real estate professional by building one of the largest and most successful groups of agents in Southeast Florida.

The group consisted of 8 full time real estate agents and was focused on customer satisfaction.  Rapidly outgrowing the office environment, the expansion of the Best of Luxury brand as an independent brokerage was the natural progression of the continuous efforts to offer clients the best possible service. Therefore the goal was simple: to create an atmosphere which promoted productivity and comfort for agents and clients alike.

Following the inevitable evolution to set higher standards, in 2013 Tracey Schmitt became a co-owner and a lead agent of Best of Luxury Realty, a full service boutique brokerage representing both buyers and sellers in Southeast Florida. Through the modern look and feel of the office, with the latest technology and luxury furnishings, clients are truly able to gage the growing success of the brokerage/agents, in turn generating more business; “successful people, want to do business with successful people.”

Being a successful business owner and an accomplished agent in his own right, he is responsible of overseeing the firm’s information technology, marketing and business exposure. As technology is changing the real estate landscape, Jake is constantly working on concepts to improve brokerage services and provide real estate consumers with useful, easy to use and up-to-date information on the Southeast Florida market.
